This Privacy Policy explains what information Drawfitti collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have. Drawfitti is operated by Drawfitti LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, based in Georgia, USA. Because anyone in the world can view or use Drawfitti, this policy is written to also cover visitors from the EU, UK, and elsewhere.

We do not currently ask for your real name, date of birth (beyond an age confirmation), or physical address, except any billing details Stripe collects directly on our behalf.
The board is visually wiped to blank at the start of every ISO calendar week (00:00 UTC each Monday). This clears what's displayed on the board. We may still retain underlying stroke records (color, width, coordinates, timestamp, and the anonymized user ID that drew them) after a reset for a limited period, for purposes like enforcing daily stroke limits, investigating abuse reports, and improving the service — not to publicly redisplay past boards unless we tell you we're adding a feature like that.

Everything you draw on the board is, by the nature of the product, publicly visible to anyone viewing the site while it's on the board — please don't draw anything private or identifying.
We use essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used — these are off unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and you can turn them off at any time from our Cookie Policy page. Our payment and ad providers may set their own cookies or identifiers when you interact with those features; see their policies for details.
We keep your account information (email, anonymized user ID, purchase history) for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after you delete your account to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time — see Section 8.
Drawfitti is a general-audience service and is not directed at, or intended for, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information — including an email address — from anyone under 13. Account creation requires confirming you are 13 or older.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 (for example, a user tells us or a parent contacts us), we will delete that account and the associated personal information as required by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), unless we are legally required to retain it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created an account or provided us information, please contact us immediately at drawfitticorp@gmail.com so we can remove it.
Users between 13 and the age of majority should only use Drawfitti — especially the purchase features — with a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.

These rights broadly reflect the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws. We aim to honor these requests for all users worldwide, not only where legally required. To make a request, email drawfitticorp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Legal basis for processing (EU/UK visitors): we process your information based on our contract with you (to provide the service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (such as securing the service and preventing abuse), and, where applicable, your consent (such as for optional ad-based rewards and Google Analytics cookies). You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time from the Cookie Policy page.
Drawfitti is based in the United States, and your information will generally be processed and stored there (or by our service providers' infrastructure, which may be located in other countries). If you're located in the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred internationally, including to the US, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. We take reasonable steps to protect your information consistent with this policy wherever it's processed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Drawfitti grows. We'll post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date, and if changes are significant, we'll try to give more prominent notice (such as an email or an in-app banner).
