Welcome to Drawfitti. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Drawfitti LLC, a Georgia limited liability company that operates Drawfitti (referred to here as "Drawfitti," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site, viewing the board, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Drawfitti.
Drawfitti is a website where anyone can draw together, in real time, on a single shared digital canvas ("the board"). Anyone can view the board without an account. To draw on the board, you need to create an account using an email/password or a Google sign-in.
The board resets to completely blank every week, at the start of each ISO calendar week (00:00 UTC each Monday). Nothing you draw is permanent — assume anything on the board will be gone by the following Monday.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and draw on Drawfitti. Drawfitti is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account, do not give us your email address, and do not use the drawing, purchase, or ad features.
If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your place of residence, you may only use Drawfitti — including any purchases — with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the service.
By creating an account, you confirm that the age you provide is accurate. We rely on that representation; we do not independently verify age, and we are not responsible if someone provides false information about their age. See our Privacy Policy for what happens if we learn a user is under 13.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including strokes drawn, credits purchased, and any "protected spot" you buy. Tell us right away at drawfitticorp@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised.
You may not create multiple accounts to get around daily stroke limits, impersonate someone else, or share your account with others in a way that violates these Terms.
Each account gets 100 free strokes per day (resetting daily). You can get more strokes by:
You can also purchase a "protected spot" for $10, which reserves an area of the board you choose for 24 hours, during which no other user can draw over it. Protected spots are subject to the board's weekly reset like everything else — a protected spot does not survive the weekly reset, and does not guarantee a spot will still be visually intact if the reset occurs during the protection window.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Drawfitti does not receive, see, or store your full card number. See Privacy Policy for details.
All purchases are final. Strokes, ad-based credits, and protected spots are digital items consumed instantly and have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and (except as required by law) are non-refundable — including if the board resets, if content you drew is erased by another user or an admin, or if you no longer wish to use the service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at drawfitticorp@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
We may change stroke limits, pricing, or these purchase mechanics at any time, with reasonable notice on the site.
Anything you draw on the board ("User Content") is created by you and other users, not by Drawfitti. By drawing on the board, you grant Drawfitti a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the service (for example, showing it live to other viewers, or in a time-lapse/replay feature if we build one).

Because anyone can draw anything on a shared, real-time canvas, there is a real risk you will see offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit imagery drawn by other users. Drawfitti does not currently use automated content moderation. The tools available today are:
Reviewing a report is a manual, human process, not an automated or instant one — expect a delay between a report and any action, and understand that a report does not guarantee removal.
We reserve the right (but do not promise) to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of Section 5. Given the current lack of automated moderation, you may encounter objectionable content before we're able to remove it. Viewer discretion is advised, and Drawfitti is not directed at, and is not appropriate for, young children for this reason among others.
The Drawfitti name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by Sam / Drawfitti and are not covered by the license you grant us to your drawings. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Drawfitti platform itself without permission.
Drawfitti relies on third parties to operate, including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and rewarded-ad providers. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for how those third parties operate.
Drawfitti is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the board, your strokes, or a protected spot will be free of interruptions, bugs, or content posted by other users that you find objectionable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam and Drawfitti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or revenue, arising from your use of Drawfitti — including content posted by other users. Where liability can't be fully excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Drawfitti in the 3 months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sam and Drawfitti harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or content you post.
You can stop using Drawfitti and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you've violated these Terms, without refunding unused strokes or protected-spot time, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms as Drawfitti grows (for example, adding a Report button, formal moderation, or new purchase types). We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Drawfitti after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and (unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise for visitors outside the US) any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
