Refund Policy

Draft — not final legal advice. This is also stated in Terms of Service §9 — it's pulled out onto its own page here since it's the kind of thing people specifically search for before or after a purchase.

1. What you can buy

Drawfitti currently sells one thing: a one-time top-up of 800 extra daily strokes for $1.99, processed through Stripe. (You can also earn extra strokes for free by watching a rewarded ad — those aren't a purchase and aren't covered by this page.)

2. All sales are final

Because a stroke top-up is a digital item that's credited to your account instantly and can be used the moment you buy it, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a law that applies to you requires otherwise. This is standard for instantly-delivered digital goods and matches Stripe's own guidance for this kind of purchase.

This means we generally won't issue a refund because:

you didn't end up using some or all of the extra strokes before the board reset;
content you drew was erased by another user or an admin;
you changed your mind after buying;
you created a new account and don't want to buy again.

3. When we WILL make it right

We will refund or otherwise fix a purchase if:

you were charged but never actually received the strokes (a webhook/technical failure on our end);
you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
you were charged after canceling before completing checkout;
applicable law in your country/state gives you a right to a refund we can't waive (for example, some EU/UK consumer protections).

If any of these happened to you, email drawfitticorp@gmail.com with the email address you purchased with and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it and make it right.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend the account associated with that purchase while the dispute is resolved, per Terms of Service.
